My guess is that your burning question is more about the process, results and benefits of coaching with me than about fees. I’ll get to fees after I answer your questions about the process and benefits.

When I first meet with you we look at what it is you want to achieve. I always start where you’re at. There are no “shoulds” when you work with me. Only possibilities.

We will explore your life from the point of view of where you want to be and what your dreams are. If you seem to have no dreams, we explore this part of your life. Together, we will discover what you truly stand for, what lives in your heart, what your historical purpose is and then what your true life purpose is. Our time together will flow in response to what is happening in your life in the moment. The past is history, the future is a mystery and the present is a gift which we learn to treasure and live fully.

The results you achieve will depend in large part on whether you work the process and use it to clear incompletes and clutter from your life. If you engage in the process fully, the results for you will be staggering. You will open your eyes to your life path and begin to walk it in safety and insight. Your life will begin to open up just like a Passionflower in full bloom.

The process is a 2-way street. I, as the teacher, learn along with you. This is what is so important in the relationship….the talented and skillful coach is always in learning mode as she reflects back to you exactly what you need at any moment in time.

One of the most important reasons I take such delight in coaching is the process that unfolds. The experience is as unique for each person as is the uniqueness of each person and add to that our synergy and you’ve got magic!

Regarding fees

My hourly rate is $250.00. However, I will work with you to create an overall package price that is not based on the hourly rate but rather on a clear understanding of what your needs and goals are.

Whenever someone makes a commitment based on goals, time frame and willingness to work, they are guaranteed to see results.  My coaching is guaranteed to bring those results or your money will be refunded.

Payment can be made with cheque, cash or PayPal. If you live in the Ottawa area, you may pay by cheque if this is more convenient.

As a coach with a lot of years in a variety of professions and businesses I bring to the coaching "partnership" a unique mix of talents, skills and style. I also bring a well-lived life, having lived through crisis such as addiction and relationship challenges. A lot like most people. However, I believe that my unique style, the result of how I changed what I created in my life, is what many people are drawn to. The most important element in my life is my spirituality. This is what gets me up in the morning, makes my days “tick” and puts me to sleep at night.

The second thing I value most highly is my relationship with friends, family, colleagues and clients.

And thirdly, I love what I do! Coaching people to the point of recognizing their brilliance and unique gift to this world is simply a blast!

I am a person some might call unusual. Living in possibility rather than assumptions.  A life of love and cherishing each and every moment. I have been told that I am magic.

What I know is that I am living my purpose, standing in my truth and feeling more and more empowered every day. It is this that attracts others to me. Now, regarding my unique coaching style….my greatest talent lies in asking the perfect questions at the perfect time. My questions reveal your true nature. They pinpoint what lives in your heart. What you stand for. What you came to this planet to accomplish.

I have a huge body of knowledge at my fingertips about any number of topics such as spiritual growth, nutrition, relationships, medicine, marketing and publicity, counselling, creative writing, business and more. And it is “free” for the asking.

So my style encompasses this combination of knowledge, experience, compassion, humour, empathy, personal sharing, skill in drawing out what is important with a large measure of love.

I coach a vast variety of people from artists, to naturopaths to entrepreneurs, angel therapists, coaches, psychotherapists, financial consultants, small business owners, communications specialists, professional trainers, consultants, public servants, graphic designers and more.
