Hello again! In this month of May when trees bloom that beautiful, innocent green and plants literally vibrate with the joyful energy of re-birth, I urge you to re-connect with your own essential nature.

The absolute heart of your Marketing Plan exists in your clarity about your essential nature - principles, values, vision and ultimately your mission. Most people believe that their mission should simply reflect what their vision is for their business. Not so. The strength of a successful business lies in the strength of its foundation. And the foundation is the mission -- the combined personal and business missions of the individual. No Marketing Plan will succeed until you have a strong and immovable foundation.

Are your core values clear? What is the gift or purpose you came to the planet to share? Are you living that purpose? Does your mission statement include your personal purpose? Can you define with ease what you REALLY do or do you find yourself stumbling, just sharing your title and even changing the statement every time you are asked "What do you do?"

Congruence and specificity along with determination and actions taken, place you in the flow of all life and give Nature or the Universe the tools to support you in your journey. It then can create the magic we see and experience when we are in the flow.

As The Marketing Coach my essential nature motivates me to inspire entrepreneurs and executives to have courage and move beyond the old paradigm of marketing to the one that supports the belief that there is no competition in business. It IS possible to stand in one place and attract only those clients and customers who want what we do best.
